How do I make a purchase?


Making a purchase is easy. Just follow these steps:

  • Select one of the items you like
  • Select your size and quantity
  • Once you have made your choice click on the ADD TO CART button
  • An overview of your shopping bag will be shown. If you would like to purchase another product, please return to the store. If you are done shopping click CHECK OUT;
  • Carefully check the summary of your order. If this is correct click on PROCEED;
  • Select your preferred payment method and follow the instructions to pay for your order. We will send a confirmation of your order by e-mail. As soon as we have received your payment we will ship the order.


What payment methods do we accept?


We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit card (Visa, MasterCard en American Express) through Paypal
  • (International) banktransfer. In this case the full amount should be transferred within 7 working days after the date of the order.


Will I get a receipt with my order?

You will receive a printed invoice with your package that can be used to return or exchange the items.



SHIPPING AND DELIVERY




What are the shipping costs?


We charge the following shipping costs for our deliveries:



  • Netherlands                   € 6,75
  • European Union        € 15,00
  • rest of the World        € 20,00


    How soon can I expect my items?


    Orders placed on working days before 3 pm (and paid by credit card) will be shipped the same day. Weekend orders will be shipped on Monday. Purchases paid through wire transfer will be send as soon as we have received the payment.
 Below you will find the estimated delivery time for the garments, pictures will take 4 days longer:


    • Netherlands                       next day delivery
    • European Union            2-3 working days
    • Rest of Europe                 3-5 working days
    • USA                                           5-8 working days
    • Canada                                   5-6 working days
    • Japan                                       4-5 working days
    • rest of the world            6-9 working days

    Please note that these delivery times are indicative only as agreed upon with our logistic partner TNT.

     


    RETURNS AND EXCHANGES




    What is your return and exchange policy?

    
Returning your purchase is no problem at all. We want you to be completely happy with your articles! Should this not be the case we will gladly exchange the articles for you or refund the total amount of the order.


    • You must notify us about a return or exchange by e-mail within 7 working days after delivery.
    • Please mention your reason for return or exchange and the order number. 
    • The articles should then be sent back to us within 5 days in its original packaging and with the original invoice enclosed.
    • You will be responsible to pay for the shipping costs. (We advise you to provide the return shipment with a tracking number).
    • Returned articles must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached (of course you can try on the designs). Damaged articles or stains will not be accepted.
    • In case of all accurately returned articles: these will be exchanged and sent back to you (free of charge) within 5 working days after delivery to us or these will be credited as a refund to your credit card or bank account within 14 days (depending on the payment method you used).
    • If you would like to exchange an order more than once you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.
    • Articles on sale can be returned or exchanged as well.
    • Articles that were not purchased through this website cannot be returned or exchanged.

    Please note that we do not refund customs and import duties or sales taxes for shipments outside the European Union. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.


    
REGISTRATION



    How do I register?


    You can register before or after you have made a purchase. You will be asked to register on the CHECK OUT page after placing items in your SHOPPING BAG. You can select your own password that, together with your e-mail address, can be used to log in easily for future purchases. If you would like to be informed about by SANNE JANSEN and its designs you can subscribe to our newsletter.

     

    What will happen with my personal information?


    We respect your privacy at all times. Therefore the information you provide us through this website will only be used to process your order and to inform you of by SANNE JANSEN. We will never provide this information to third parties
